2017 Athletics day!!!!

                               Athletics day!!!

On Friday our school had hosted an athletics day and we had so much fun" we got to play lots and lots of fun sports we had some people representing" different colors i was going for the yellow team and we had most of the fast people in our team and the only team that will catch up to us is the green team.

Everyone was so surprised and we all had fun doing all of our activities we had some people that were dancing" to the music, while it was playing and we all had a great time I was so proud of my brothers, and sisters, I was also proud of myself.

 

I came 2nd in shot put my 2 little sisters came 2nd in sprints and my brother came 2nd in sprint I also came 3rd in my sprints but at least I tried everyone was so loud screaming" and going crazy!!! with the relays and I was just going for my house color and my house color was the yellow team.

My favorite sport was sprint's and then it was shot put I was so proud of my uncle and my family for coming and supporting us I felt a bit shy when I was doing the sprints but when I heard the bricks clap I just gave it my all so thank you and I hope you enjoyed reading my blog post enjoy.   

In the Weekend we did Fireworks

In the Weekend we did fireworks and it was so so fun i had a turn of a big roman candle it was so so amazing i was kind of scared because i thought the flares were going to come up to me it was the funnest day of my life i new it was gonna be fun but the part i hated the most was having to wait until it was dark but other then that it was so spectacular next year we will have and even better year.

We got to do some sparkles, cascades,and some big fireworks my oldest cousin brought a big box that said explosive pack and my uncle brought a blue box that said Metro pack it was great the part i liked was the beautiful firework shower it was so brilliant and Amazing my Uncles friend came with his sons and his nephew William so we just had lots of great time sharing our fire works with them because they had non.


We  had a great time our neighbors were even watching us and one of them even had a turn of doing a big Roman Candle it was so cool with everyone watching our fire works because no one else had loud one in ropata Avenue Except for justice's cousins their ones were pretty beast but i reckon our's were better. 

  

AIM for Success

This Morning we had a special guest our special guest talked about aiming for success and what that means is A stand's for Aspiration I stand's for Inspiration and M stand's for Motivation.

He inspired me a lot because he had a slide that said launch your future and it was so amazing i thought about being a black fern and being a doctor but i chose to got to university to learn more and i want to learn more when i grow up so i know in the future.


He also had a quote that said if you do what you love you'll never work a day in life and it was so inspiring and he told us to be a giver so what he meant was if someones in need you should help them out and one day it might come back to you.

The part i liked the most was a boy named Willie he helped and old man.

One day Willie was walking to school and he saw and old man crying he asked him what happen and the old man said he has no home and he lost his job his wife and has no one so Willie talked to him and said you have to be the best you can so he would always give him money for two weeks.

So one day the old man asked if he could walk Willie to school and he told the teachers what Willie had done so on the school assembly Willie had Received a gold card.

Today our school had and immersion Assembly and it was so fun we all got to play each teams movie that they made for us and my favorite movies were team 3, team 4, team 5. 

Some of the music that was playing was sad and the whole point of this immersion assembly was how music gives you emotions and how they make you feel some music can keep you motivated and some keeps you strong you could have different emotions.

The thing i really like about music is it's really catchy but some music has sad parts and some is very emotional my favorite part about musical madness  was the catchy music.

                         Catching Baby Flounder

    

   Today  we went out to watch team 5 catching Baby flounders it was so amazing we also got to sing a waiata it was so fun we all had a great time singing and having a fun time we went their to share our aroa and to pray that nothing happend's to them and we also went to represent our school.

It was a good thing to do because where spreading the wairua and making them feel safe.

  We also got to do this not just because kodi flats caught 4 Baby flounder's it was so we look after the baby flounders and make them feel safe. 

So that is the whole reason why we are getting the baby flounders so we can look after them and then we give them back to the people who own the beach. And hopefully we all get to give them to people to eat.

In the weekend: Father's Day.

On Sunday we had so much fun doing our fathers day because our papa was so happy to see us make him some banana cake and we also cleaned our house and we had lots of food on the table what we done for our papa was so nice for us to do because our papa was so nice and cool he also deserved to have a day for himself because he always works and works so he deserve's to have a break with his family.

Start: If i were pm i would give free food out for the poor or i would take them to like a place where you eat for free and i would provide them free sleeping bags an jackets and stuff i would also give warm blankets or give them a house to sleep in.

It would also be cool if i give them apartment’s and we pay for their house we could also provide lot’s and lot’s of food for them so they don't get left starving.

On Monday the 24th of July we had an immersion assembly and then we had all of the teams in our school to present there movie and it was so fun i had an amazing time we even got to watch our teams performance and it was so interesting. 


After watching all of the teams movies we got to even talk about the solar system and then we had an amazing time.

Why we should not bring toy's to school.

Why we should not bring Toys to school????

Start Here: We should not bring toys to school because it distracts us and makes us forget about doing our school work.

We also should not bring our toys to school because we could get in trouble from our parents for losing our toys or we might lose it and blame the teachers that is why we shouldn't bring our toys.

The reason why toys should be banned from school is because some kids don't know how to look after their toys and if they don't like it then they will chuck it somewhere or give it to there friends.

My other reason is please don't bring toys to school is because we have to learn at school and if you lose it then it will your fault for not leaving your toys at home it is best for you to leave your toys at home then school.

Because if it is at home you wouldn't be worried at all because you know it’s safe at home.

My last reason why we shouldn't bring our toys to school is because it is a distraction to school and were better without toys.  

Please make sure you leave your toys at home.

Pt england school, Pt england school is a great amazing school and we have great teachers and amazing thing’s like sport’s breakfast club we have loan book’s so if you don't have a chromebook then you can get a chromebook but you have to return it back after 3:00.

We also have fun events like camp rainbow’s end parakai pools we have an amazing great school and we have tech at tamaki college if you are in year 7&8 you get to do activities like cooking,Hard materials,carving and Art.

We get free milks for us to drink and it is amazing for us because some schools do not have any milks that is why our school is the best and not just that we have prefect’s that represent our school and we have house captain’s.

3 Day's without the year 8's

For the past few day's the year 7's have been having the best few day's ever we made Truffle's and we got to do marshmallow houses with pasta sticks. and we get to listen to music and we had chant's dancing and even stuff like quotes in Mrs ilaoa's room and get to do fun thing's like having shared lunch watching movies and chilling out we also got to eat our truffles at the end of the day.


The funniest part about our chant's was the churries group and playing games with my friends.

In the weekends I went to my Uncle saia's 21st birthday. I had an amazing time with my Aunty’s and Uncle’s and my Grandma. It was one of my happiest days of my life. We got to have heaps and of food like pig head hangi, cook island donuts, cooked banana, otai and it was good. We watched lots and of people dancing and cheering, we were having a great time. We were one of the luckiest people at the birthday because we got to take some cake lollies drinks the food, otai home and we got to do the taulunga dance but I got really sweaty and I got annoyed because I was really uncomfortable with my taulunga. So after that we had a feed and we had a bit of a play then we went home and had to get ready for bed and to get up early for church. When I woke up I made my bed and had my holy communion and it was fun so after that we went home and watched movies and went to sleep and that was the end of my story hope you enjoyed and please leave a comment
