 How to prevent yourself from getting sick. 

 Introduction: Today I am going to be talking to you about preventing yourself from getting sick there are many ways to try and not get sick. 

 If you don't want to get sick you have to keep drinking water and stay hydrated you also have to do lots of jogging or just at least do some walking and that will be algood. 

 You have to keep warm and eat the right food if you don't eat proper food you will get sick or you will get food poisoned If you want to be healthy you have to stay fit or be active and flexible. 

 It's really easy to get sick because you could catch a flew but that's why its good to eat proper foods and to stay hydrated not dehydrated.

 Conclusion: Last but not least is to try and stay fit and healthy so you don't get sick also stay clean eat the right foods drink lots of water and make sure you don't make yourself sick and it is good to look after yourself.
